Please be serious with your

are one of the only U.S. based Airsoft company that offer the
selection, competitive pricing, technical support and have all the
parts available to fix virtually almost anything we sell. Due to the
nature of U.S. consumers and Airsoft / hobby related products, we must
specify here that besides
what our warranty covers, all sales are final.
Absolutely no "check it out orders" will be allowed. Airsoft
products are not toys you buy at Wal-Mart, they are hobby items and we
do not sell used items unless otherwise specified. We carry a full
line of parts available to you in the event anything breaks or wear
off. Please help us keep our pricing low.

- If your package arrived
damaged: Please inspect all contents of your package immediately
after its arrival. Please contact one of our insurance claim
specialists immediately. All of your packages are insured and
packaged to the best of our ability.
- ALL SALES ARE
FINAL. Please be serious with your purchase. We do offer warranty
on majority of our products unless otherwise specified. Please
refer to details below for coverage.
- RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number must be issued before shipping the item back
to us. Please refer to the rest of this page for information. AN
ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT RMA# WILL BE REFUSED OR DISCARDED.
- We warranty all
products to be free of manufacture defect for up to 14 days of
purchase. Warranty covers free repair or exchange of a
manufacture defective item.
- Warranty voids if the product
is abused, altered, damaged, skirmished, not in original brand new
condition and packaging, with orange tip removed (for airsoft), is
a plant, over the warranty period, not valid for warranty and/or
without original order receipt. Warranty does not cover cosmetic
on chinese clone guns. Improper assembly and damages
caused by improper general use will also void all warranties.
Please be careful and find out all usage information from one of
our staff, instruction manual or www.evike.com if you are not
sure. Be responsible for your purchase.
- Buyer is responsible for returning the
goods to Evike.com for any warranty services approved with a RMA#.
(Sorry, we cannot send a staff to your house and pick it up...) If
the product is a factory defective within warranty period, our
return department will include reimbursements and cover your
returning shipping fees when returning the repaired/replaced item
back to you. If the product is returned with false claim (our
technician declared the item not a factory defective, see below),
buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and processing
fees.
- Exceptions for returns on
brand new and unused items are subject to management approval.
A minimum 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply in
these cases.
- ALL SALES ARE
FINAL on special orders, upgraded gear boxes, upgraded Airsoft
guns, batteries, shoes, plants, mini electric, spring guns and
other products we specified to carry no warranty.
- We are the only Airsoft dealer
located in the U.S. that is capable of repairs and offering
services for Airsoft products. We have the biggest selection of
replacement parts available. We have the most knowledgeable
technicians, but we do not offer "refunds",
"exchanges", and "check it out" orders. We do
so to prevent fraud and to keep our pricing low for you. Be

There are no additional warranty other than the ones listed above, we
reserve the rights to update our warranty / return policy without

Know
your Airsoft Gun...

Here at
Evike.com, our customer service and technician team are always here to help on
the phone or via email, our web department and product managers make sure
everything is as clear on the description and image as possible, and in return
all we ask for is for you to be serious with your purchase. If you are not sure
about something, call us and ask. 99% of the time the trouble of returning an
item can be avoided by calling us and find out what really went wrong. We do
test everything prior to shipping and we select the best manufactures to
minimize the chance of delivering a manufacture defect product to our customers.
We tried our best to serve you, so please be fully responsible for your
purchase.
WHAT ARE
NOT CONSIDERED FACTORY DEFECT ON AIRSOFT PRODUCTS...
Airsoft electric rifles and gas powered pistols are for responsible users.

1) This is
not a manufacture defect: Anything related to the basic battery and charger
we give out with the AEG packages. (Tokyo Marui, ICS, Classic Army or any other
electric gun manufactures don't have batteries that come with the gun, we put
these in free!) The free batteries and chargers we give out with some of our
airsoft guns are the basic quality products. If you over charge your battery and
burn out the battery, it is your responsibility to buy a new or better battery
for better performance. Please refer to battery charging if you do not know how
to or how long to charge a RC rechargeable battery pack. Please refer to
Wall charger for charging instruction and time. (If you charge a battery
over night or for 24 hours, you will kill it.) A smart charger is recommended
for heavy players.
2) This is
not a manufacture defect: When the battery power is low, gears will jam,
Especially if you have your gun upgraded. This is caused by the gears cycling
only half way before the battery run out of juice. Normally putting in a fully
charged battery will solve the problem. Our technical support can also help you
with this over the phone.
3) This is
not a manufacture defect: This is for gas powered guns. If you fire rapidly
continuously on any Airsoft gas gun, the valve or o-ring (rubber parts) will
freeze up and become fragile. (Buy extra magazines if you need to fire off 50
shots within 3 minutes often.) If you over charge your gas gun in hot weather
and not leave room for gas to expand, it might damage your valve or o-ring. If
you use gas that are too strong for your gun, your valve or o-ring will wear off
faster.
4) This is
not a manufacture defect: A race car requires a tune up and replacement of
parts more often than regular cars. So are upgraded airsoft guns. Due to high
power and high speed, some internal parts that will wear off after usage such as
o-rings, fuse, tappet plate, piston will wear off faster or break sometimes
within a short period of usage. For more information please contact an Evike.com

*All items
we carry are brand new unless otherwise specified. False claims will be reported
as a fraud and prosecuted to the fullest extent. Law enforcements may be
dispatched for all fraudulent acts. The goods associated to any false claim will
be destroyed immediately. Our high-end airsoft guns are examined by our
technician and labeled before shipping to prevent any false claims. |
**All return
package must be returned (post marked) within 30 days after the RMA number
is issued.
RMA number will be void 30 days after it is issued. Check
your spam block if your email security
level is set to be too high. All RMA
