This battery is currently one of the best battery we have to sell for Airsoft. It's output and performance is simply amazing. They are currently the strongest battery our technology have to offer. They react different from NiMh or NiCd batteries, therefore, we only recommend experienced players who knows how to handle an upgraded airsoft gun to purchase this item and please read all of the following before your purchase. This battery is smaller than a 8.4v 600mah mini airsoft battery. But the output and duration of this battery is more than a 9.6V 3300mAh battery! (To many experienced Airsoft players, this means "Problem solved".) This is a red alert generation two Li-poly battery and currently one of the best Li-Poly battery in this price range you can get for an Airsoft gun. (The next level up is a 50AMP output for around $250.)
Putting this on a M120 spring upgraded stock gun (with no high speed upgrade of any type) will give you a stream of bbs going out of your gun at the fastest cycle rate possible while at high velocity. The response time of this battery on single shot firing is almost instant (where on regular batteries you will experience a little delay.).
Evike.com have already had a few local players tested out this battery on top of hundreds of airsofters in Taiwan. A few myth of Li-Poly batteries has been solved.
They will not explode. Li-Ion is liquid and it might if abused. Li-Poly is solid and so it will only expand if you abuse it. We have conducted a test of rapid firing this battery for a few thousand rounds without giving it a rest and the battery got a little bulky and hot. This is under extreme use and should not have been done to your gun even with regular batteries. Take bursts in your shots and if it gets hot or out of shape, give it time to rest.
Many things that 11V is too strong and it might damage the motor. The truth is, this battery outputs at 11V max so it is only a little stronger than 9.6V at full auto firing.
Myth also state that this battery might wear off gears faster. It is only partially true. If your gear's cycle life (depends on brand.) is 50,000 rounds, this battery will probably help you reach that number faster because of it's super high firing rate. (But having 10 bbs coming out of your barrel at a quick trigger pull will definitely give you an advantage in your games!)
Li-Poly batteries are not like the NiCd or NiMh batteries. They have a much longer life cycle. You can recharge it about 1400~1500 times. But just like your cell phone batteries, you need to keep it charged and storage it charged. So when you are done playing, just put it in the charger and charge it full. (The charger included with this package will indicate a full when it is, there is no need to discharge this battery so DO NOT plug it into a discharger.)
Each battery is fully tested prior to your purchase. We warranty this battery for manufacture defective only. Due to that we do not sell used batteries, evike.com does not take any returns on batteries that are not a defect, please be serious with your purchase. Warranty is voided if the battery is altered, charged with the wrong charger, over heated or not in original shape.
